WPDSA Online Driver's Education Classroom Program

Please read and follow directions to ensure your registration and sign-up forms are properly filled out and submitted.

Incorrect filled out and submitted registration and/or sign-up forms will delay the username and password being assigned and given to the driving school.


Now that you filled out and submitted the WPDSA Online Driver's Education Program Registration Form, we now need you to fill out and submit the Program Sign-up form.

Just read the following instructions and when ready just click on the SIGN ME UP button at the bottom of this page.

Please be sure to read the field titles and enter the correct information.

Once you click on "Insert" the sign-up form will be inserted into the WPDSA system.

ONLY CLICK ON THE INSERT BUTTON ONCE.  CLICKING ON THE INSERT BUTTON MULTIPLE TIMES WILL RESULT IN MULTIPLE SIGN-UP FORMS BEING SUBMITTED AND MAY RESULT IN THE STUDENT'S REGISTRATION AND SIGN-UP FORMS BEING DELAYED DUE TO MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS.

PROVIDING MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS AND/OR SIGN-UP FORMS MAY RESULT IN THE STUDENT BEING CHARGED $15.00 FOR EACH MULTIPLE REGISTRATION AND/OR SIGN-UP FORM BEING SUBMITTED.







You will first need to find the driving school you are registered with on the pull down menu.

Please be sure to choose the correct driving school.





Once your school is listed, you will need to click on the NEW button at the bottom of the sign-up form.

Be sure the name of the driving school you are registered with shows in the school name box before clicking on the "NEW" button.


Fill out the Sign-up form.

Please be sure to use the same information that you used on the first Registration Form.

Make sure that you use the same "Student e-mail address" that you used for the main registration form.  If you enter a different e-mail address, the system will not assign the username and password.




When the form is fill out, you will then need to click on the INSERT button at the bottom of the form.

The system will send you an e-mail indicating that your registration has been received.  It may take several minutes for you to receive the e-mail.  The page will NOT confirm your entry.

After clicking on the "INSERT" button, just close your browser window to exit the page.
