WPDSA Online Driver's Education Program
I did not receive an email telling me that I completed the unit.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO KNOW THAT THE COMPLETED UNIT WAS REGISTERED AS COMPLETED. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO MOVE ONTO THE NEXT UNIT, THEN THE PREVIOUS UNIT WAS REGISTERED AS COMPLETED.
There are several reasons why you did not receive an email after completing a unit:
- You entered the wrong email address on the registration form.
- Your email service provider blocked the email. (WPDSA Online has not control over your email service provider.)
- You were not logged into the system properly.
The student was not correctly logged onto the program when they clicked on the "Complete" button. Always be sure to log into the program from the main page of: www.wpdsastudents.org . If you log into the program from a different web address, you may not be accessing the most current version of the program and the completed units may not register as completed.
If you logged into the system from the correct area, (www.wpdsastudents.org) and you are able to access the unit after the unit you did not receive an email for, then the previous unit was registered as completed and you are allowed to move onto the next unit. If you are not able to access the unit after the unit you did not receive an email for, then you were not logged on correctly and must redo that unit to have it registered as completed.
Again, it is important to always log into the system from the main page of: www.wpdsastudents.org . If you fail to log into the system from the main page, then you need to redo the unit. We have told you several times throughout the program that you need to always log into the system from: www.wpdsastudents.org .
The default setting for the program is to send an email to the student and driving school after the student has:
- filled out and submitted the program sign-up form.
- completed and submitted Unit 01.
- completed and submitted Unit 30.
- completed and submitted Unit 60.
If you did not receive an email after any of the above, then the system most likely does not have the correct email address. If you are not receiving emails after the above, please fill out and submit a Unit Problem Report asking to verify the email address on file with the system. Please be sure to include the correct email address that notifications should be sent to.
